Yes. Every driver and handler on the LAPORT platform goes through identity verification, background checks, and hands-on training before they are onboarded. Your safety and your load's safety matter to us.
Yes. Once your move is underway, your dedicated handler shares live location via Google Maps from pickup to delivery — so you always know exactly where your load is.
We handle household items, office furniture, student belongings, trader goods, and small business inventory. We match the right vehicle to your load — from keke and sedans to vans, buses, pickup trucks, and lorries of different tonnage. For oversized or industrial loads, contact us directly.
We accept bank transfers. A 60% upfront payment is required to confirm your booking — this protects both you and the driver. The remaining balance is settled on delivery. No full upfront payment demanded like informal movers.
Yes — ask us about LAPORT Flexi. If others are already moving along your route, you can share the trip and split the cost. Since this requires manual matching right now, message us on WhatsApp to check available shared routes.
