Your booking data is stored using the following services:

• MongoDB Atlas — booking details are stored in a secure cloud database hosted in the EU/US region
• Cloudinary — photos you upload are stored on Cloudinary's secure cloud storage
• Resend — used to send transactional emails (booking confirmations and admin notifications)
• Vercel — our website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure

All third-party services we use maintain their own security standards and privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your booking data for as long as necessary to fulfil your service request and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. Photos uploaded during the booking process are stored in Cloudinary and may be deleted after your move is completed upon request.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Your information may only be shared with LAPORT coordinators and drivers directly involved in fulfilling your booking. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.

Our website may use basic session cookies necessary for the site to function correctly. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Analytics, if used, are limited to aggregated, anonymised data that cannot identify you personally.
